Simulations That Accelerate Organizational Learning and Change

After HSI introduced the Organizational Culture Inventory™, our clients began requesting exercises like Desert Survival that focused more directly on organizational culture and change. Using Desert’s successful framework as a foundation, we extended our line of Business Simulations and introduced the Challenge Series to meet their requests.

Two of our Business Simulations are particularly relevant to team-based programs designed to promote organizational change and development. Envisioning a Culture for Quality is uniquely helpful for introducing members to the Organizational Culture Inventory and enhancing their understanding of the cultural styles and their impact on service quality. The Cultural Change Situation prepares managers and employees for their role in redirecting your organization’s culture by enabling them to experience and participate in a simulated cultural change process.
